Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS)

The goal of the Settlement Engagement Transition Support Program (SETS) is to support and empower people who arrived as refugee or with an eligible family visa to address their settlement needs in order to improve social participation, economic well-being, independence, personal well-being and community connectedness. This program is funded by our long-standing partner SSI.

Kind words from our SETS clients

“I have been playing with MCCGC program Ready Set Goal for three years and have learned a lot about respect and skills on and off the field. When we are out of the field, Miss Koren Hannah helps people find jobs and study for their driving tests. For me, the program of Koren has been something great.”

“I don't know where to start Ms Koren, you have done a lot of work for me god bless you and MCCGC. Since you arrived to our school, we became one family and friends. I hope you will continue working to help people like us as you know it's really hard to come from different background and start a new life in an educated country like Australia. Thanks a lot, we appreciate it very much.”
