Our Clinic is staffed by registered migration agents,legal practitioners, academics and Bond law students who provide free legaladvice to vulnerable and financially disadvantaged non-citizens that wish to remainin Australia legally.
The Clinic offers immigration information and advice to:
• persons seeking asylum in Australia on refugee and asylum seekerlaw.
• persons recognised as having refugeestatus who are seeking to sponsor family members to Australia.
• persons who are victimsof domestic violenceand who hold a temporarypartner visa in Australia.
• vulnerable international students.
•vulnerable membersof the community regarding theirvisa and visa eligibility (and assistance, if eligible).
•the wider community in thefollowing areas (basic advice only): skilled independent visa, skilled sponsor visa,student, visa, graduates visa, partners visa, and parentand other family visas.
