The role of a Caregiver plays a pivotal part in society for our elderly people. It can start in the home where you would help our clients with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, meal preparations, feeding, grooming and general work within the home. Caregivers help clients make and keep appointments with doctors, provide or arrange transportation and serve as a companion for their clients.

Our Recruitment Process
  1. Application – When applying for a position, please include your qualifications, experience and availability. This will assist us to determine your suitability for positions we have available

  2. Shortlisting and Phone Screening – One of our experienced team members will review your Application, Cover Letter and Resume. In some cases we may contact you to ask further questions regarding your application.

  3. Interview – Candidates who are successfully shortlisted will be invited to attend an initial interview if their skills, experience and qualifications align to the requirements of the position. The preferred candidate(s) may then be invited to attend a second interview.

  4. Pre-Employment Checks – At this stage, we will conduct pre-employment checks, which will reference checks, as well as verification of education, visas and previous employment

  5. The Job Offer – If you are identified as the most suitable candidate, our People and Culture officer will contact you to invite you to join our team. You will be issued with an written letter of offer, employment contract and additional information about our company and the benefits which will be available to you.
