The Federation of Ethnic Communities' Councils of Australia FECCA), the Ethnic Communities Council of Queensland (ECCQ) and the Multicultural Communities Council of the Gold Coast (MCCGC), invite you to register to attend the FECCA 2013 Conference at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre on 7 and 8 November 2013.

Through this year’s Conference we are seeking to identify the barriers currently facing members of culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities in Australia, and work towards developing a solid national agenda to address these barriers. This conference is the pre-eminent Australian multicultural conference and attracts hundreds of delegates from the community, government and private sectors

Minister announced "Surf Safety Initiative"

On the "Australian Day" at Southport SLSC. Minister Multicultural and Minister Trourism announced "Surf Safety initiative".

MCCGC fully support this initiative.

The Japanese Society of Gold Coast and African Community Association also support this initiative.

Islamic School Opening

Gold Coast first Islamic private School open at Carrara on Sunday.

There were over 200 people cerebrated opening new school. Local residents, Local politicians, etc..

African New Year's BBQ held at MCCGC

ACA (African Communities Association) Gold Coast held New Year's BBQ party at MCCGC on Sunday 10th/Jan.

over 25 people and 15kids got together.

In-front of MCCGC office we have good shade area.
